My Jacob's cream crackers are all burnt and shrivelled

First time there’s ever been any inconsistency in 30 years of giving them my custom.

Have any of you had this happen? I’m desperately hoping it’s a one-off.

You can’t really tell but it’s not flat, it’s all curled up.
