Where is the locking device? In the wheels? Could perform a pit stop at the top and the bottom.

I do my upstairs shop with a basket (normally just homewears and clothes) then bang the goods in a trolley for downstairs.
Can’t even board a cheap flight today without wearing a helmet. It’s etc etc etc gone etc
