I have a hard time falling asleep whenever I do try taking a nap, so need at least an hour set aside for it and I might sleep half of that. Wake up a lot too. Too much anxiety, especially if hung over and that’s usually when I would need a nap.
feel good at the time but always regrettable
If you gave my wife the choice of £20 or a nap, she’s going to take the nap
