Yeah, I had a fair few library copies as a kid - and then at college, the library would charge you to borrow CDs, but tapes were free as no one was interested in them anymore. Was great if you still had a Walkman to just be able to take out Led Zep’s back catalogue of whatever for a couple of weeks. The late 90s equivalent of streaming.
