Yeah, if it’s legit then it’s just horrible. This is all according to one of the admins in the ‘Big Thief Is A Masterpiece’ group on FB. Says he’s seen various sources post about it. Take it with a fistful of salt obvs but it’s all very serious and earnest in there so I can’t see this being a deliberate troll job.

Ha - kinda like it. Looking forward to finding out what it means, or at least what the song’s all about. I’ve loved the new stuff I heard but somehow was just all Big Thiefed out for the last two albums - and haven’t fully clicked with either. Seems better to me that this is a double album rather than two single ones released in the same year.
