That album was poor but 'MartyrLoserKing' was decent. Still phenomenal live as well.
i've heard it was better but think he just went too far off the boil for me to go back to. i didn't think niggytardust was TERRIBLE but the U2 cover was ill-advised and the whole thing smacked of trent reznor pet project.
