Have you guys heard Electric Youth - Memory Emotion? Think it came out on Monday.

No, but hope it gives us some reggae

Don’t listen to lot’s of Reggae. Listened to my fair share though.

It was nice of them to give us an ambient record on the side

Chelsea Wolfe is my biggie this week.

Tiger Army have a new one out today which I’ll listen to for nostalgic purposes. Ffo AFI, Halloween, embarrassing rockabilly haircuts

Microwave, whose transformation from twee Manchester Orchestra knock-offs to weird, dark grunge is unexpected but very welcome

And also

Tiny Moving Parts - am I allowed to like this band? It’s kinda moot because the last album pisses all over this one from a great height, and I can only see them going in a more bland and accessible direction from here

After their Alice Coltrane album, Luaka Bop do a gospel compilation in their World Spirituality Classics series

fuck sake i can’t keep up

didn’t realise there was new Sandy Alex G.

I’ll have that thanks.

New Charli XCX isn’t doing much for me.

Really enjoying this Microwave album on first listen. Think this is going to be played a lot round here.

This Jenny Hval album is a banger. Well good

was just about to post the same!

Interesting after The Long Sleep & Lost Girls EPs, which were both wonderfully meandering, that she’s produced what is, for her, a relatively straight forward avant-garde synth pop album.

Love it.

Yeah it’s brilliant eh? She’s on some kind of hot streak

Loving the (sandy) Alex g album. I’d never listened to him before but this is right up my street. The long beard album is really nice add well.

Emeli Sande’s career trajectory has gone from biggest selling album of 2012 (and second biggest of 2013) to second album selling a tenth of what the first album did to a third album out today which has got zero attention it seems

Just found out that Ghostface Killah has a new album out because he tweeted about it…

His past few albums (especially the Twelve Reasons to Die) have been excellent so I’ll give it a listen.

Thought she was still massive. Has she done a Duffy?

His last is just as good - maybe more vibey and summery but seriously excellent. Caught him live at Primavera and it was gorgeous, can’t wait to see him again. Kid’s going places.

What’s the issue with liking Tiny Moving Parts? I quite like the new album on first listen, it’s good

Listened this morning, starts brilliantly then drops right off when he wheels out the non-Wu guests.
