Abigail Lapell - Shadow Child
New on from Canadian folky singer-songwriter.

Super Furry Animals - Precreation Percolation
Comp of veeery early stuff seems to be out and about now.

I also had a note to say there was a new Phantastic Ferniture single out, but it seems it arrived 6 months ago. :grimacing:

Koyo - Barely Here

Another act of Arm’s Length’s recent UK tour - modern emo/melodic post-hardcore/pop punk

FFO - Drain, One Step Closer,

Haven’t really connected with these before (feel a bit more Brooooo) than others on the scene but I’m basing that on nothing really. Here’s hoping

There’s two albums - well worth checking out. Much more ambient than her usual stuff.

I am once again asking, begging artists/labels to remember to release their albums on bandcamp

Vladislav Delay Quintet - vd5

This is great. Better known for electronic music, this is an acoustic jazz quintet but at times it feels more like electronic music played on acoustic instruments. Difficult to pigeonhole, but well worth a listen.

Les Rallizes Dénudés - Disque 4 -'76 Studio et Live-

Latest official archival release from the mythologised Japanese psych band. There were three official albums released by the band in 1991, this release is based on the 1976 studio session tracks that would have made up the never-released fourth album.

Croz Boyce - Croz Boyce

40 mins of instrumentals from Avey Tare and Geologist

Haggard Cat - The Pain That Orbits Life

New one from the lads and it’s riffs galore as usual, top eggs. FFO: Heck, The Chariot, taking your shirt off and swinging it round your head.

The Dengie Hundred with Gemma Blackshaw - Days in Pieces

Second album by this collaboration: “blurred, dubby, and coolly windswept hypnagogic lullabies”. Looks like it came out last week.

Loving this so far… everything she does seems to hit such an exact spot in my brain, like it was designed for me specifically

The MIDI Janitor - Closed for The Festival

Boards of Canada-esque bleepiness

I have a new single ‘Leave This’ out today, first track from my new album out in June.

It’s an upbeat and melodic track, mixing elements of bedroom-pop, garage and progressive house and sets up the sound of the new album.

Having some spotify issues so bandcamp only for the time being

Vanessa Van Basten - Yes

Shoegazing post rock from Italy. It’s very pretty, with some fine heavy bits.

Lemoncello - Perfect Place

Stunning harmonies from Irish folk duo, with a wonderful sense of pace and tone, lightly augmented with drones and electronics.
