Fuzzy, droney shoegaze from apparently their 16th album. FFO Spiritualized.
Sounding good.
Originally recorded over two sessions back in 2013 – one over a harsh Berlin winter in the Brian Jonestown Massacre studio with Fabien Leseure, and a second back in Leeds with early Telescopes producer Richard Formby – it’s a lost treasure that nearly never was. Succumbing to a hard-drive crash nearly a decade ago, the sessions were presumed lost and soon forgotten, until now.
Another slow week for me but will be checking out the new Little Simz, Chelsea Wolfe, Kali Malone and possibly the new Declan McKenna too.
Also there’s this new LP from Jonny From Space on Incienso which’ll probably be quite fun:
And also that new TraTraTrax compilation that I preordered last week is out now. The previously released songs were hard as hell so can tell this is gonna be spicy:
