Jesca Hoop - Order of Romance

Singer-songwriter. Contemporary folk(ish) with horns and woodwind and interesting arrangements. The pre-release tracks have been great and I’ve been looking forward to this for ages. For fans of Aldous Harding (while I don’t think they sound that alike there’s a shared oddness which I find very compelling).

Elizabete Balčus - Hotel Universe

Flute and synths and lucid dreams.

Al-Qasar - Who Are We?

Middle Eastern psych-rock collective plus guests including Lee Ranaldo (Sonic Youth) and Jello Biafra.

Daniela Lalita - Trececerotres

Experimental electronica. Peruvian artist’s debut EP of buchla synth and processed vocals.

Cosey Fanni Tutti – Delia Derbyshire: The Myths And The Legendary Tapes

Original soundtrack recording by Cosey Fanni Tutti working with the Delia Derbyshire archives for Caroline Catz’s film of the electronic pioneer.

Suede and Mars Volta

I’ll tell you what we’ve got: we’ve got DiS’ own Disintegration State alumni taking the Contours album I released one year ago, smashing it to bits and rebuilding it in their own image. Pay What You Want, all proceeds to Mind UK. If you don’t want to listen to 11 minutes of @BodyInTheThames in the full The Cure mode while helping a good cause then, well, I respectfully suggest you reevaluate your life choices.

Featuring @manches, @Twinkletoes, @TVDenimChap, the currently on DiS hiatus @SunnyB, @benny16 and expertly mastered by @mcgarnagle.
