Heartily recommend his last album, as above.
Nice thanks
Will also give deathcrash a go, even though I wasnāt as blown away by their first album as a I should be, being a massive slowcore fan.
Sorry didnāt realise it had been posted. If poss can you put artist name in the body of text so it comes up on a thread search. X
I was oddly the same. It made all the right noises but I just didnāt connect with it.
Grub Nap - God Pile
Grindcore from one of the members of DVNE.
This is the slow sadness I can vibe with.
Hollywood baby into frog on the floor is quite the switch.
New Applescal, itās quite banging and not as melodic as his previous work (lovely melodic tech/house)
This un feels a lot noisier on first listen. Not much in the way of songs grabbing me but think it works being a bit heavier.
Edit - not out til 24th
Will be listening to Yves Tumor and 100 gecs in between my national anthem slam-dancing sessions today. Gonna check out Early Fern too.
Waterbaby - Spiral
New single, electro pop. Loved Thin Air from last year.
Four Tet, Skrillex & Fred Again⦠- Baby Again NOT ACTUALLY NEW LOL
Collaboration between Four Tet, Skrillex and DiS favourite Fred Again. Itās pretty fun imo
Surgeon - Crash Recoil
First solo LP in five years from industrial techno veteran.
Edit - not out til 24th
Technology + Teamwork - We Used To Be Friends
Sarah Jones (ex-drummer for New Young Pony Club and Harry Styles) and Anthony Silvester with this debut album of big genre-hopping electro.
This isnāt out till the 24th btwā¦
Ah so it isnāt. Same with the other album I posted
Yves Tumor is superb⦠sounds incredible, some production job that. Also sounds like heās going to break into Wonderwall on the third song. Didnāt love his last album, but Serpent Music and Safe In The Hands were incredible and his last EP was also great.
Then listened to 100 gecs⦠I think itās so naff itās amazing, but Iāll come back to youā¦
Niājah (KIRBY & Childish Gambino) - Swarm
EP from Donald Gloverās new Amazon show Swarm, with KIRBY in character as an in-show pop star.
