This Ship Argo - Flowers, Sparks, Fireworks
Downbeat electronica from Belfast artist, Aileen McKenna. Her last album, Always the Bees, Never the Honey , was one of my favourites of 2021. Very much enjoying this one too, which came out yesterday.

I heard these the other day, might be of interest
Thanks, I’ll stick it on. Keep coming back to the Callous Daoboys album at the minute!

Missed this on Friday. Chopped and screwed semi-ambient psych pop ish. Brilliant.

Hadn’t heard Murder Capital before. Digging this album a lot. Some exceptional percussion going on
The one before this one (their debut) was ace.

Thomas Truax - Dream Catching Songs
Missed this on release day and enjoying catching up now. Steampunk troubadour’s latest album featuring his usual homemade mechanised instruments including Mother Superior and The Hornicator, but also real-life Budgie on drums.
A wonderful kind of strange to catch dreams to. Quirks, strangeness and charm from Thomas Truax on Dream Catching Songs.

Similarly enjoying the Murder Capital record - reminds me of the debut Shame album (which I seem to be the only fan of on here compared to their subsequent releases)
