Very excited for these two:

Jeffrey Lewis - The EVEN MORE Freewheelin’ Jeffrey Lewis

Some cheeky Dylan referencing on this first album proper since 2019 by the DIY anti-folk veteran who is, to my mind, one of the great lyricists.

Greentea Peng – Tell Dem It’s Sunny

Trip-hop/neo-soul. Second studio album from the South East London artist. Singles so far have been so great. Really looking forward to the rest.

Dutch Interior - Moneyball

LA 6 piece with their 3rd album. More intentional and less lo-fi than the previous 2, this record blends modern americana and country twang with 70s AOR and riff rock. Moments of eerie folk punctuate the album, like on Beekeeping.

Pictoria Vark - Nothing Sticks

Chicago based songwriter Victoria Park with their second album. Think Mitski or Phoebe Bridgers snail mail or soccer mommy or maybe even something like Oceanator. San Diego is gorgeous.
