Had no idea Bonniesongs had a new album coming out, so today was a pleasant surprise! She plays sort of dreamy hazy indie rock. Sometimes whimsical, sometimes darker. I loved her debut so very excited to hear this.
In a vaguely similar vein, Far Caspian has a new one out today too. More indie rock I guess, but in a much more Radio Dept. sounding way usually.

Oddball math rock from Massachusets and New York. I was a big fan of Editrix II: Editrix Goes To Hell, their 2022 album.

Nominally a punk band but with a huge, dirty, unironic 1970s Rock & Roll aesthetic.
This band have like two songs they keep writing over and over and I fucking love it every single time.
