Chastity belt don’t seem to attract much chat on here, genuinely not sure why. Not too sure about the new album - hoping it’s a grower as it feels a bit restrained/lacking stand outs right now. I’m sure a few more listens will see it click.

The new Scalping track is nuts, filthy acid punk dance music.

Thanks for this. Definitely giving this a listen. Keeled Scales is having a such a solid year!

Colter Wall has a single out today too. For fans of old school twangy country…

Great timing - sure he’ll pick up a few of those Sturgill fans once they’re done shitting themselves over his new record.

I’ve fallen away from 65 days of static for the last few releases but am LOVING this new one. I seem to recall them saying it was like an attempt to kind of soundtrack that weird feeling in the air atm and it certainly succeeds.

Yeah, I’ve given it a couple of listens and it drifts by nicely. Probably need to commit a bit more time to it.

Ferocious, experimental mathcore craziness released today.

replying to remind me to come back to this

Tiny Gay Heart Be Still would be a great album title. Slightly disappointed that the new Tegan and Sara album is not called that.

It’s an amazing title.

DIRT POOR ROBINS!!!

This band is so good sometimes, it’s almost unfair.

It’s 100% slow jams, which I like, but doesn’t exactly grab you by the scruff of the neck.

really enjoying their new album!

All over 65dos and Girl Band. Really enjoying the new Christina Vantzou (6 Cellos for Sol LeWitt) too:

Where would one start with the New Pornographers? Quite like the new songs I’ve heard
