Iâm not sure why I chose this as my âalbum to check outâ this weekend but itâs rather nice. The first track in particular, I really enjoyed. Itâs not doing anything you wouldnât expect from a Slowdive / drummer from The Flaming Lips etc collaboration, but there are some lovely chord changes that just washed through me and gave me just that little shot of nostaligia and enthusiasm that I needed.
