Hello all, my partners birthday is coming up and he’s got very into making bread and various fermented things. Can anyone recommend some nice bread making tools, like a slasher for example or books that might be nice? Thank yooou in advance 
my sis got me the james morton bread book which is really good. i’ve tried quite a few different recipes out of it.

Do you have nice jars for fermenting things? Ones with catches so you can open and burp them, or maybe something with those automated air release valves?
Haven’t used them and boo amazon but this sort of thing
