How many series has Peter Capaldi done? The show feels like it’s never on, it’s been like 2 years since the last one. I watched it religiously when Matt Smith was on, really enjoyed that, and then the previous two were just like big news in TV so I always ended up seeing most of the episodes. Since they switched to Peter Capaldi I’ve missed half of the episodes, and the other half that I did see was so bogged down in its own bullshit continuity that it was just pointless to watch, and the scriptwriters seemed to have turned the Doctor into a total bastard for no reason. Just bring Matt Smith back, he’s not even been in anything since he left.

surprised by all the Matt Smith votes. i don’t really watch it other than by accident (though i did watch a lot of Ecclestone’s series), what i saw of Smith’s time seemed like peak Tumblr fanfic TV.

Guys I watched the new episode and it was perfectly ok family-friendly Saturday night viewing. Unfortunately I watched it on Monday afternoon and none of the family wanted to watch it.
