Cleveland vs Tennessee and LAR vs Arizona look to be the picks for me, though obvs I’ll be watching the Will Fuller-less Texans flail against the Colts.

The NFC West showdown in particular looks very interesting - on the excellent Mina Kimes podcast this week they talked about this being a potential β€œloser goes home” matchup in the NFC wildcard race. Not sure that’s true mathematically but whoever leaves Phoenix with an L has dug themselves a bit of a hole. Could be a great game if Jared Goff remembers how to play competently.

Browns - Titans, meanwhile, has potentially massive implications for both the AFC South and the wildcard picture, especially when you consider that the Colts, Raiders, Dolphins and Ravens have likely gimmes this week.

Let’s play* ball!

As I mentioned in the previous thread, a decent chance that the Giants will still be top of the NFC East on 4-8 after this weekend! :grinning:

In other NFL news earlier this week

Bonkers career. I can’t think of many players who managed to win 3 superbowls whilst being the dictionary definition of streaky.

Absolute state of those 6pms. Already annoyed about spending money on NowTV again.

Community College to multiple superbowls is a hell of a career. Also this run

Bears have scored 10 points! On offense! I think Mitchell Trubisky might be elite

Just seen that the TD was a 20+ run too. You are a very untrustworthy man

Soft box because they’re scared of Mitch’s arm.

And he’s got the brain and humility to let the running backs have an easy td.

Dangerous score, 17-0

Baker Mayfield have yourself a first half son.

The Lions are making David Montgomery look like Barry Sanders

It’s because they’ve lost defensive genius Matt Patricia

Atlanta’s field is truly bizarre. Thought the tv stream was in black and white when redzone switched over to it.

Almost as bad as that Taylor Swift cameo in the Capital One advert :joy:
