Don’t see how he’s going to successfully prove this, but by God I hope he does. Watching the Browns last night and was just reminded how he’d likely improve 5-8 teams, even at the lower level of play he was demonstrating before he got dropped

Yeah I can’t see this happening, especially if he has to prove collusion between every team, since surely there are several teams that at no point would have entered into conversations about needing a quarterback?

Yeah framing it as collusion rather than just discriminatory employment practices is quite a strange one, though the latter might be even more “unprovable” unless they get hold of a GM-Owner conversation recorded on tape

I know this won’t prove it in a court of law but surely there are less than 5 teams (or perhaps all but one team?) where Kaepernick wouldn’t be better than their backup or third place qb? I know in some cases the stability of a rookie they’ve had for a couple of years may appeal but surely someone like the Colts or Packers could make use of him as a stopgap?

What??? Oh man, that’s terrible news. I thought he was pretty duff as a host of the NFL stuff, but I still liked him. He was such a cheery presence, he had such unfeigned enthusiasm for the game. 62 was he? That’s… not enough.

Oh man that’s terrible. I saw some of his footage with his basketball team (think it was a youth team?) he seemed super enthusiastic and encouraging. RIP

Not exactly sure what the Giants thought they were doing last night either. You can’t run on Denver, and the Giants run game is just about the worst in the league. So… Orleans Darkwa steps straight out of some vampire teen fiction and runs for over 100 yards on 21 carries. Of course.

This was a GREAT weekend for me to decide to spend the leftover money in my betting account. I chose KC -4 vs Pitt; TB -2 vs Ari; GB -3 vs Minn; Det +6 vs NO, with doubles for each combo in there.
