lol actually I saw Gomez a third time! Honestly it was my brother taking me to two of those I’m not really a huge Gomez fan anymore.

Never really been to a bad gig tbh, Mars Volta were a bit meandering, pointless 30 minunte bass solo but I was fucked on vodka so didn’t care

passed on seeing Bill Callahan this year cos he’s just too boring for me now, sounds like he was good though

Jason Lytle was fucking brilliant this year

I felt a bit sad for him he seemed quite nervous and depressed, something very poignant seeing one of your musical heroes that seemed like a distant idol in your teenager years play a room of 50 people in Nottingham

Paul Weller, Plymouth Pavilions, 1998. Support was Noel Gallagher solo playing Oasis songs. Fucking brilliant.

really glad I got to see Grandaddy just months before the bassist Kevin passed away

who is Jason Lytle? Dont know if I’ve heard

Same. Lucky enough to have seen them that tour and at End of the Road a few years prior.
That’s a poor turnout in Nottingham. His Irish tour seemed to be a winner.

well maybe it was closer to 100 idk I’m terrible with judging crowd sizes, room was fairly full but it was literally upstairs in a pub

ahh indeed.

whoops forgot another one, think I saw some ridiculous Emo band in Northampon when I was 15 with some people like maybe Hell is For Heroes?

GF is trying to drag me to see Keith Urban in November because her company is involved in some event, has backstage passes. Says to me " I know you don’t want to go see the concert but it would be important to me if you were there to support me" blah blah blah. Going to suck it up and go but good god better not hear a word of music he’s singing.

this is not what I imagined a guy called Keith Urban would look like
