It’s funny because “banks” would normally mean money banks but I’ve pretended there’s an ambiguity there that would lead to someone construing it to also include non-money banks. Bodily fluids are a feature of crude humour for cheap laughs, so by going for “sperm bank” instead of e.g. food bank, you get “a joke”.
It’s a bit high-brow though, it’s not going to be for everyone.
