I’ve got bored of FFX and need something else to fill the void. Got a bit of a Dark Souls / Hollow Knight itch that needs scratching, but ultimately looking for something gripping with some good lore I can get lost in for a while. Can anyone recommend anything?

EDIT: Would probably help if I said some of the stuff I’ve played already along those lines - I’ve already done Xenoblade, Celeste, FF9. Don’t think I’m ready to go into BOTW again.

Going to be my game of the year, easily. Partly because I love Platinum games so much, largely because I think I’ve only played 2 games that have actually come out in 2019 (Baba is you and an hour of Mario Maker 2).
