I fucking LOVE Directs. Before every single one people go “F-Zero! Animal Crossing! Some other standard IP!” Then Nintendo go “er, yeah, here’s something amazingly hatstand bananas like a cardboard construction set” and people go “oh. Oh. OH! WOOOOOAH” Deciding to largely not give a fuck about E3 and mostly announcing games when they’re four months away from release has been a revelation.

Who knows what we’ll get this time??

Apparently for the Tokyo Game Show next week Capcom have an hour presentation solely on upcoming Switch ports.
Something big is coming and it may drop first in this direct.
They already had RE7 running on Switch via streaming.

Wouldnt be surprised to see this new multiplayer Resident Evil game come to Switch.
Id be down for Viewtiful Joe too.
If the presentation is an hour and just for Switch they must have SOMETHING worth crowing about.
New Monster Hunter maybe?
