Got a little bit into BoTW and it’s so pretty! :heart_eyes:

But now I need to cook something with spicy peppers to survive the cold bit. All the meat I find is already cooked and the only things that drop off stuff I kill is fangs and clubs. Where do I get meat pls?

Also, is it normal for my weapon to break after like 3 or 4 fights? Because that’s quite annoying. I’m getting through swords like crazy. :frowning:

kill some animals for raw meat. Should be some deer hanging around.

Yes the weapons early on break very quickly. It’s to force you to rotate and use other more inventive means to clear areas. But when you come in with the prev Zelda mindset of killing everything with weapons it’s quite annoying at first

Celeste B-sides, no assists. Felt kind of hollow when it was done, was too broken to feel joy, but it was kind of satisfying (though somewhat undermined by the fact that that there was still more, harder stuff I could go do).

Finally picked up Hades on Switch. Played it through the early access time, but don’t really enjoy playing on my PC after spending 8 hours a day working at it.

Been fun to start from the beginning and see what has changed, and damn this game is still amazing. Just feels good, that sense of progression helps with the repeating, the wrapping of the narrative and death…just so good. Looking forward to lots of late bed times due to it.

Hmmmm tricky one.

Just beating a platform game in general on the Master System would be up there, given there were no save points and you had to do it in one run. So Sonic, Land of Illusion, Lucky Dime Caper etc were all strong tests.

Beating the Black car in Ridge Racer was another. Have to hold the perfect racing line for 3 laps at ridiculous speeds to stop it overtaking. That was tough.

Just beating Dark Souls and Hollow Knight.

Also completing Metal Gear Solid on Hard (no radar, limited health packs) three times in a row to unlock the James Bond tuxedo.

I got 5 gold stars playing I Saw Her Standing There (bass) on expert with no visuals on Beatles Rock Band. Very satisfied with that. Also 5 gold stars playing Abbey Road Medley singing and playing guitar at the same time.

I used to have so much time.
