Same

Last night I pre-ordered Animal Crossing from Smyth’s, £40! What excellent value.

Alright Timmy Nook.

I’ll earmark this post for a re-read after I’ve played Animal Crossing and may therefore understand this reference.

Loved how organic it was building links strength. I didn’t really notice until suddenly I could take our lynels without breaking a sweat.

Sub-thread: What game will you play when quarantined?

Could finally get into Fire Emblem but sinking a hundred hours into Dragon Quest seems like something I could do while “working from home”.

Any plans?

It’d play through Doom 3 that I got for free, and likely buy the Witcher III. Though, if the whole family are quarantined, which is likely, then maybe Let’s Go Pikachu would be good as we had a blast playing through Pokemon Shield.

Ooh The Witcher is a great idea actually. Basically the only positive that can come out of this is an excuse for two solid week’s gaming.

Still haven’t started Breath Of The Wild so that’s definitely on the agenda.

A pal gave me a bar of ‘herbal’ chocolate for Christmas which I still haven’t touched so reckon those two things will get me through a couple of weeks inside.

Yeah, if I didn’t have to work and it was just me then I would hammer the Witcher which I have with about 90 minutes of play.

But I guess I would have to work and the family would be there so just my son’s save on BotW. He came in tears to me as he was trapped on Eventide Island and I was trying to watch the football but as hero dad I stopped what I was doing and completed it for him.

If I hadn’t played BOTW yet, I’d be desperate to get corona.

The Hinox got a lucky hit on me just as I was about to kill it on Eventide Island and I couldn’t be bothered to go through it all again. My secret shame.

I didn’t fight him this time just sneaked up and stole his sphere (missus!).

That seems a lot more sensible

I adored that place more than any other part of the game, because I did it all on my own without any guides. Felt like I was a champion.

Same with a few of the labyrinths.

Then again, you were used to playing without any clothes on.

What does my nudity whilst playing my Switch have anything to do with Breath of the Wild?

Feel like Her Indoors will claim the Switch during quarra so might get Horizon Zero Dawn in. If she turns her attention to summat else then I’ll finally commit fully to Skyrim, so far only racked up about 20 hours just messing around in short sessions here and there.
