Supposed to be going in the other direction. think it’s just for a bonus strawberry anyway

When you’re on that type of moving black platform, up and down will raise and lower it. That way you should be able to reuse it.

There’s an inner border on those blocks that indicates which directions are fixed and which you can affect. That one is open at the top.

Yay!

Just wondering if Animal Crossing will help curb my anxiety in the way that Stardew used to. Any reports on how relaxing it is and if it’s worth the price tag?

@anon40717000 woops that wasn’t meant to be a reply to you!

In other news I picked up the Dead Cells DLC because I wanted to support the team.

Me too! Hopefully it’ll come the hour I’m in/the royal mail office will still be open tomorrow night.

Sounds to me you have grounds to self-isolate and stay in

What size memory cards do you have in your switch. I don’t have one yet, but should.

I think I have 128GB. Enough to hold 6 - 20 games (depending on the type of game you like)

Typically 128GB will be enough to hold 10 Nintendo games

32Gb and it’s fucking useless. I didn’t buy it for the Switch it was inside an old Nokia 6 phone i used to use, and it’s fine for anything at the moment, but once I wanted to install a digital download of DOOM 2016 it is pointless.

I’ll be upgrading to a larger one before long tbh.

Can I suggest you have a look at some “Let’s Play Animal Crossing New Leaf” (that’s the 3DS version) videos on youtube? I think from how you’ve phrased your question you’d be into it, yes, but probably best you get a feel for the gameplay style

Animal Crossing is real time vs Stardew Valley which you can play as much as you want to make progress

Other than the very start the general Animal Crossing loop is designed so you play in short bursts daily. You can’t marathon it like Stardew Valley. Stores open and close at specific times in the day as do certain events.

Though the social aspect makes it sound like longer play times are more viable than ever though not for the core loop.

To be honest it sounds like the perfect game in this social climate as a result of maintaining a routine and schedule at times like this, as it gives you something to look forward to and your day a structure… oddly. You can grind bells for as long as you want though but it wont speed up your progress.

128gb for me too. Got Witcher 3, Splatoon 2, Mario Kart, Mario Odyssey, Minecraft and around 10 indie games saved on it. Not looked at how full it is, but think it’s pretty far off. Card was under £20.

I have a 400gb one that I upgraded to recently, with 153gb free. That’s with around 60 digital games on there and a few of them are bigger non-Nintendo ones such as Skyrim, Doom, Diablo 3 and Bayonetta 2.
