This week: veggie chilli. Made it before, obviously, but nowhere near as nice and I feel like I totally nailed it. DarwinBabe made a sensational guacamole that brought out the best in it

could try it with coffee if you drink that but it’s not as good.

Plain digestives or hob nobs are the worst. Caramel digestives are the best. Mini Rolls aren’t a biscuit and their deliciousness should be kept seperate from this discussion.

What do you put in it? I make chilli a lot with either pork belly or mince, and now and then make a 3 or 4 bean one, all in the slow cooker, but never tried a veg one.
