I would do it myself, but the Aesop Rock one I did started about 3 years ago and Iām only a quarter through it because the lack of anyone discussing the albums traumatised me

Actually listening clubs are a lot of pressure. Sometimes itās nice to listen at my own pace without the pressure to keep up or listen with a critical ear.
Itās also nice for revisiting or trying out overlooked releases, and reading other peopleās thoughts.
Theses are my thoughts, thank you. Iām listening to Twoism.

Iād be well up for BOC listening club. The Bowie one is (with respect) a chore for me and a brain drain. And obviously Iām not into it as much as I should be. Iāll still like and dislike exactly the same tracks I always have done for decades, itās hard to get excited about a glam Bowie album from the year I was born (74)

Iām listening to MHTRTC at the mo and I swear I must have listened to this a tonne pre last.fm as so much of it is so familiar. I know Roygbiv is probably their most well known song, but I canāt work out why I know it and a few others so well bar listening to it loads at some point between probably 2004 and 2005. I sure as hell wasnāt listening to them during my metal/hardcore phase before that.

Realised last night that Iād have to tell my mum about this bleep/ VHS tape thing, as a few years ago she bought me a BoC t-shirt from Bleep as a birthday present, so was suddenly mortified at the thought of bleep picking her address to send this thing to, and her just throwing it away. Needless to say, they hadnāt picked her yet, and she was just a bit confused by the whole thing haha

Haha I was in a similar situation with my mum actually, realised my Bleep address was still my parentsā! Sheās a big fan of BOC tho so was excited to hear about it all 
I got her into them about 10 years ago so weāve never experienced new album excitement together before, itās lovely.
