I struggled with flip tricks. Heelflip was more natural, but I only landed a few of those

One of the king’s of the ole heartbreak’s. Makes me love him so much more, love that good subtle indie/americana/folk heartbreak stuff. Such a sucker for it.

Got any love for JJ Cale?

I’m curious! I was always a bit confused because John Cale, and my brain didn’t process that there was a different J Cale (I only knew the name, nothing else)

I’ll give this a go

I’d meant to try this album for ages. it passed me by, which, idk why…

gorgeous guitar!

Nothing fancy about his playing, novice guitarist could probably do it. Just bleeds every note with that gravel-y voice. Pump it in my veins.

Bill or JJ?

oooooh this JJ track is so much richer and prettier than I was expecting. huge shout!

Think you may enjoy this. Playlist I put together over the years. Think some of like minded folks @Ruffers @Scout @anon89873996 @rich-t may enjoy too.

got a J.J. comp on rn… this is just immaculate. the recording/mix, so smooth and warm. wood grain and velvet.
