I saw the real thing! It’s huge and on a beach. They also have a Yayoi Kusama minibus on the island. It’s the only bus. (It has 5 seats).

Add a dot every now and then when you’re boyfriend’s not looking, and psychologically torture him by claiming not to see them.

There’s this really bizarre book by CS Lewis called that Hideous Strength, where the bad guys have a conference room designed to mess with people’s minds. It’s got polka dots on the ceiling and table top that almost match but not quite (along with other things like the shape of the room not being quite right and distorted versions of famous paintings).

I went to a dot themed party once. My friend “helpfully” brought some packets of sticky dots to put on anyone who forgot to dress up. Really she just wanted to drunkenly put stickers on people.
