The lack of anyone in City’s midfield with the slightest defensive ability is laughable lol. Any team can just run straight down the middle with it whenever they break

Mendy, the weakest of the giants

Christ Jesus has been absolutely terrible.

Those last 2 goals were both outrageous

Brendo Rodgers is my only hope now

You have to say Manchester City drew that game 2-2

It really is the mark of last seasons champions to play badly and draw 2-2 at St. James’ Park

I’d feel considerably worse about this if it went down to the wire again and City lost it via sheer bad luck. They just aren’t anywhere near good enough this season, and Liverpool will rightly win the league.

Your whole team making like a house of cards thanks to the absence of a single player points to poor transfer policy and management. Even then though you’re expecting basic defensive discipline. Giving Shelvey roughly ten miles of space on the edge of the area in the 85th minute just suggests nobody’s bothering with the fundamentals of defending with them. Or more likely, the backline gets chopped and changed so much none of them really know what they’re supposed to be doing.
