Is this the bit about Grenfell? And then asking Labour to stand aside for him?

I reckon that’s got to be one of the most FBPE parts of the world tbh, wouldn’t be surprised by polling suggesting Lib Dems have a sniff there?

He’s blaming the Labour candidate for being in opposition on the council at the time. Just as responsible as anyone else apparently.

I’d be astonished if they come close to overhauling a 20K majority

Edit: this was meant to be in reply to your Twitter post

  • Labour are blowing Skills Wallets out of the water today with a promise of 6 years of free adult education.
  • Tories apparently are holding back their manifesto until the last two weeks of the campaign. Johnson is finally holding a COBRA meeting to talk about the flooding up North.
  • Swinson is off to Yorkshire to look at the floods and promise £5bn in flood defences.
  • SNP don’t appear to launching anything specific - Sturgeon will be doing general campaigning.
  • Farage will be calling for the Tories to stand down in a few Labour seats while parading around in Westminster.
  • Plaid are promoting their independence commission to demonstrate that a path to Welsh independence is realistic.
  • Not sure what the Greens are up to - their social media doesn’t seem particularly focused this morning.

Parties will also be campaigning in Northern Ireland.

Fuck it, did it.

Hadn’t really considered there was real cash amounts at play here. Assumed he’d pulled the plug well in advance of any spending.

Just really points out that they’re not a party as we understand that, and just a front for Farage. Like there were clearly no internal processes that agreed to this decision, ol Nige just went out on TV and announced this.
