That makes an assumption about BXP voters - that they’d vote for the Tories - which isn’t always the case.

this is all not really the point though eh. I dont think disagreements over the micro-mechanics or timing of an independence referendum can really be used to say whether someone is a socialist or not. I’m not particularly opposed to independence but I don’t want a vote on it now and I certainly don’t think that means I’m not a socialist.
