I always find myself wondering who it is that votes for Tories after everything they’ve done in such vast numbers, who it is who just wants to fuck themselves and everyone else over, and the answer is forever and always ‘old people’

I’m going to out myself as someone with a landline here. Can’t get mobile reception in the flat, and sometimes my mam likes to phone me with trivial news from the extended family.

got nothing but PPI calls on mine so fucked it off

No problem  that gif was me deferring to an expert (relative to me) , not exasperatedly giving up on argument.

FWIW don’t think anyone believes that the analysis of the poll itself is incorrect, just the wider implications.

Based on the tables it shows the Brexit party are taking an even amount of support from Lab and Tory 2017 voters - it’s not a direct transfer simply from Lab -> Brex as the top line implies.

Tory 2017 vote is currently holding up better than Lab’s which is the main issue.

Okay sorry thought I might have just tried to pollsplain to a psephologist or something. I’m assuming they’ve had some sorts of quotas for this to account for demographic imbalances in their polling.

Good to see ol’ Gapesy isn’t taking any of this personally or anything.

Would you say his departure would leave a ‘Gapesing’ hole in your life?

You don’t have to say that

It’s not just the old. That Tory ‘Humour’ video is enough proof of that.

Seen this on Twitter, I’m not being served any ads when searching for Labour or Labour manifesto though:

If the pic is true though, I’m pretty sure the Tory ad is in breach of Google’s advertising terms, which forbids misleading URLs. Anyone know how to report this stuff?
