So the government has to give their plans to the EU for legislation timeframe and what they would do with an extension? The EU will then use that to determine the length of a possible extension?

But the government don’t want an extension so they would surely give the worst argument possible. I don’t really understand how the bit next works.

I’m so fried by all of this. I’m complete fucking nothing.

I’m exhausted with this. Can totally understand people just wanting it over and done with - obviously it never will be and wouldn’t have been even if the withdrawal bill had passed - but it’s easy to see why the ‘man on the street (I’ve met him and he’s a c… blah blah)’ just wants it to fucking end.

So how likely do you reckon an election is before January?
