it was on my old twitter account but back in january he posted about bernie announcing and i said, “huh, guess it’s time for white people to start accusing (yada yada)”, and it did some decent numbers, he liked and RT’d.

since then he has posted it 3 times without attribution under his own name on instagram (and done big numbers) and he uses it all the fucking time on twitter. fucking hell bastani.

I know some people find these sorts of correction tedious, but it ain’t right this kind of thing is routinely reported without a qualifier explaining that the UK isn’t as united as many believe. It normalises the UK is England By Default thinking. Thankfully reporting on the NHS seems to have progressed in this respect, so there’s hope.
