How are the Tories gaining in the polls? It appears that no level of incompetence will put people off voting for them.
Quite a bit so far. Third sector ain’t it and most (but not all) people are pretty left-leaning. A few people complaining about there being another election. Including one who hasn’t voted for 30 years she says. Said if she was registered she’d vote for Boris “to see what would happen”. Corbyn enthusiasm on my floor seems low in general.
I work in the charity sector. Most people here seem pretty decent.

Many people will not see any of this as incompetence.
I have to say my initial reaction was similar to Bam’s. I would find it really hard to stay friends with someone who behaved like that and I’d certainly be kicking myself for inviting them to my wedding.
But then I am not a tolerant man.
