I hope you’re right but not so sure after the last couple of days :frowning:

As well as no deal if we just cave and give them everything they want I’d enjoy that as a fun outcome.

Saw this in the local news today:
Basically it turns out it will be the lorry drivers who are personally fined for having the wrong paperwork after crossing the new Berlin Wall into Kent, rather than the companies who employ them. Of course you should punish the working plebs for the people in the office making mistakes, can’t possibly penalise any holy shareholders in big haulage companies.

How many times have the Tories gone “Barnier is too inflexible, we need to deal with the Member States” only for the Member States to then take a harder line? Will they ever learn?

Make sure you don’t use the new ones. Ick.

I can’t tell who’s trolling who, here

Looks like no-deal’s a solid bet then, the way Boris is already doing his new sunlit uplands stuff. Good oh.

Saw this photo and it reminded me of @Ruffers

Doesn’t this mean Boris was definitely acting with a conflict of interest with those mayoral contracts? Doesn’t this mean… jail?

“Avalanche of Passion” read it last night and I am still trying to find a good enough Simpsons image to use as a meme.

I never had sexual relations with that woman.

nothing will happen

Good result in New Zealand GE but I like that in these troubled times 7600 people (18 yr old men?) put in a vote for the Legalise Cannabis party.

There was a referendum on the legalisation of cannabis at the same time, meaning there’s a solid chance that party would be relatively pointless going forward too
