Yeah, the P4k content is pretty vapid from what I’ve seen. Not a patch on this #content :grimacing:

Pretty much aye, the message being “we’re (not so) secretly really depressed and terrified about almost everything”

Disagree pal

Went to pub last night and they were blasting this album loud. Owner was pissed singing along. Was actually nice experience

Nah thats Kid A…OKC is a fucking stately home of awesome (bar electioneering which is trash)

stately homes suck

this one is… interesting

It gets mentioned more and more now everyone has (correctly) surmised it to be the best track on the album I feel

Remember going on a camping trip in Edale not long after Kid A came out and a mate came back from checking out the pub saying, “It’s huge and old and there are four old blokes in the corner singing the national anthem,” and all of us immediately imagining these guys sitting there going, “DURR DURR DURR DUH-DURR DURR DURRRR…”

It’s a shame everyone is into such shit music on here.

Let Down is fine but it’s no Electioneering. You guys must love mushy production and floaty shit.

No I just like good songs and not comfortably the worst song on the album

There’s a clue in the title. ‘OK’ Computer. Lots of better albums released in 97. This was top of the pile:

I think we can all agree on one thing after reading this thread and that is Pitchfork is fucking awful these days.

Irritating unsubstantiated claim that will almost certainly come to nothing, but if it’s true:

If Radiohead were to play OK Computer in full at Glastonbury I think I’d explode.

But it’s also 10 years since In Rainbows. So…

Well maybe they’ll do that ok computer in rainbows binary code set that nerd keeps wanking over

I’ve tried that. It doesn’t quite work because OK Computer has more tracks than In Rainbows, but there’s a few interesting moments.
