I liked some of Weekly Mansions, when it was being industrial electro pop. Zapopan was ok in parts too. it was more like the more focussed of the guitar stuff he was doing ten years ago.

Think Kool AD still has Omar beat for sheer quantity of music released this year - 8 mixtapes/albums so far, 2 of which have contained 100 tracks.

I quite like the first one Sworn Virgins. Theyre albums he’s made over the last 5 or more years so arent just tossed off every two weeks… but some are pretty shite.

I really liked Arañas en La Sombra and bought that one. Better than the new ATD-I I guess, although worse recorded etc.

Anyway, just decided to dip into his stuff again and am now listening to Birth of a Ghost.

Err… This is nice but all orchestral, so entirely unexpected!
