My gf and mum have been to zero gigs. My mum didn’t want to come to see Prince at the O2. Her fucking loss. Nothing short of Julio Iglesias in her back garden would get her to go to one I think. My gf has anxiety in crowds so totally get why she wouldn’t want to go to a standing gig, and we were far too broke to go and see Dua Lipa on tour. Though that nervousness went out the window when she desperately wanted to go and see Sean Paul whilst 4 months pregnant for some reason. I know nothing about what a Sean Paul gig would be like in the 20s but guessing it wouldn’t be the most contact free of scenarios

I was at that Girls Names gig - Soup Kitchen right? Was a very good time
Yeah that was it!
Some fine hypnotic guitar build ups that night.
Actually was at your previous Black Keys one also - did you catch The Walkmen in support?
Are you me?
(No we didn’t catch The Walkmen iirc)
Yes… I mean, No

Weird how little I can remember of this actually. I remember them starting and then Your Touch at the end. Don’t think I was even that drunk.
I was steaming drunk and have almost zero memory of it - summarises the majority of my gig going experiences of that era
