Do you block out time e.g. ‘no meetings please’ or ‘finish xxx paper’
Do you have a colour coding system?
Me? Yellow for personal appointments during work hours, blue for blocked out time,
I just try to pretend it’s not there.
I just put random blocks of time marked as busy so people don’t arrange meetings at lunch or close to the end of the day. Or in the morning. Or at any point in a Monday. Or a Friday.
