mutes thread

Reminds me of this treeeeeeemendous buzzfeed article, for all fans (or indeed foes, who will equally enjoy it) of Carrie Bradshaw OTT reactions-

Worked with a guy who used the phrase ‘mellow dramatic’ in an email. Quite like that.

Yes. An EPG flatline sound because I’m a foot away from a tree. CHIIIIIILLLLLL.

Americans at gigs.

An American friend has told me about people being in floods of tears at Radiohead gigs and stuff as if it’s totally normal.

American guy next to me was crying during father John misty at end of the road last year ffs. Think it was the sheer holistic achievement that did it

this is hilarious for some reason.

My oven is a bit of a drama queen

If you lean in a bit close to it to attend to something on the back burner, or even if the tea towel draped over the handle gets a bit scrunched up it starts high pitched beeping like a winy toddler.

You aren’t even switched on oven - chill

I SPENT 75 QUID/DOLLARS EQUIVALENT ON THIS

My car gets increasingly hysterical if the front seat passenger delays putting their seatbelt on for 2 seconds after you start moving.
