An American friend has told me about people being in floods of tears at Radiohead gigs and stuff as if it’s totally normal.

American guy next to me was crying during father John misty at end of the road last year ffs. Think it was the sheer holistic achievement that did it

My oven is a bit of a drama queen

If you lean in a bit close to it to attend to something on the back burner, or even if the tea towel draped over the handle gets a bit scrunched up it starts high pitched beeping like a winy toddler.
