Really great vegetable. Crunchy but also leafy. Nice with loads of garlic. No complaints at all about this vegetable

I used to eat loads of pak choi but never do any more. Might treat myself when I get some cookin’ alone time next weekend and have me some pak choi!

Rinse them as much as you want, there’s always fucking grit buried between those stalks.

When it’s good it’s great, but sometimes it’s a bit slimy and gives me the ick.
The absolute boy with a prawn curry.
Never had it, probably never will.
