Zakia Khudadadi (medal hopeful for the refugee team :orange_square:*) has her opening match in the 44-47kg taekwondo category at 12.37 against Lilisbet Rodriguez Rivero :cuba:

There are also some taekwondo finals this evening.

The Channel 4 website is pretty useless. It is almost impossible to find out which channel is showing which sport, and when.

Go to “Channel 4 Sport” on YouTube. Every single thing live with no adverts. As much coverage as there was on Discovery+ for the Olympics and no cost!

(NB. I have YouTube Premium so I don’t know whether or not they’re inserting ads into these feeds)

No worries.

I am going to continue to blub every time I hear the victory ceremony music. So wish I was going to see more of this. If I lived in London I’d be hopping on the Eurostar and watching the weekend stuff.

I’ve seen so much Paralympics from the channel 4 YouTube, it’s so good. I don’t really have an overall narrative feeling for the day but have dipped into boccia, goal ball, cycling, wheelchair rugby, table tennis and badminton. Sport is fun
