I was driving in Italy a couple of years ago and saw a signpost off to my left to the Duke of Spaghetti’s domain. Pasta Duchy on the left hand side.

Macaroni -> Macarono (he di-'unt)

feel like if someone did that in the lower leagues there’d be actual murder (I mean it’d also get skied or go massively wide but still)
