People used to talk a lot about phones

Hi Ruffers

Did you see that programme that was about a lady who became a computer and she could make a phone call by doing the phone fingers gesture and then holding her hand to her ears?

I don’t think so but Brooker usually shoehorns that in to most Black Mirrors doesn’t he, I think people will unquestionably walk into that kind of modification.

Yeah, it was like Black Mirror but called something else. It was quite good.

think phones mostly look the same now. a new model of phone will look like the old one but a little bit slicker maybe. can’t really tell what phone it is from a glance. when phones all looked totally different you could recognise it instantly and judge/be judged thenceforth if it was old as shit.

i use the front camera on my phone for translating text quite a lot and now it’s broken and won’t focus properly. really difficult

It was Damon Auburn of the Guerrillas who famously said “We are everyday Roberts on our phones” #makesubatfink

I think the current crisis has taught us to appreciate what we have and live in the moment a bit more?

Just kidding. No idea why people don’t talk as much about phones.

The phone cover market based salesmen* must really be struggling at the moment. You hear about musicians and how you can help them etc but never about these guys.

*should be salesperson but I think I have never seen a woman doing it.
