Yeah, some songs just stick to a moment in time, don’t they? This will forever be an early evening summer walk into Fortitude Valley for Chinese New Year in Brisbane 2013.
This was the Medical School library, late night revision for 4th year exams with my very recent ex revising in the room next door, having to resist constant temptation to go and talk to her as I was very clearly still in love and she very clearly was not. Pretty sure I was hungover, as the routine was revise until 11PM, then go drinking until 3AM, before late breakfast and revision from 12. Somehow I still love it:
