I seem to be in a minority that rather enjoyed it. It took me a while to get over how annoying Sweary McGee’s section is but there was enough meat in there for me to come away satisfied. And by meat I of course mean weird vibes and further questions. Quietly impressed by how little Vandermeer definitively revealed about anything across 4 books. And somehow has me looking forward to a 5th. With high hopes that it also answers nothing. No answers, only vibes please Jeff.
